The Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Program is a foundational course focused on connecting with emotions and leading life through understanding them, rather than through neglect, denial, or suppression.

Yes. This program is accredited by the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counsellors and Therapists (IAPCCT).
This program is not for you if:
Self-awareness, emotional regulation, nervous system literacy, somatic intelligence, belief work, inner conflict resolution and values alignment.
The program is delivered live online via Zoom.
The program lasts for 8 weeks (7 weeks plus 1 bonus integration session).
Participants will be given the recording, however if they miss more than 1 session they will not receive the certificate.
The program offers live, interactive facilitation that emphasizes active learning, practice, reflection, and integration. It is different from traditional lecture-based courses because it engages participants in meaningful experiences that prepare them to manage everyday emotions effectively. It helps participants build a healthy relationship with their emotions, mind, and self, fostering overall well-being and emotional balance.

Yes. A certificate from IAPCCT will be awarded upon attending and participating in all sessions and successfully completing the program assessment.
All participants receive six months of monthly group integration sessions after completing the program. These sessions are a space to revisit tools, ask questions, bring what's coming up in practice, and stay connected with the community.
